For this first week of Spring, I want to share a short message about how we can reflect on this change of season to support our well-being.
You have probably already seen a lot of posts this week about how Spring is a hopeful season and a time of renewal. Spring brings more light and we see signs of new life in nature. I like to take time to reflect on change at the start of each new season.
With meditation and mindful practices, we note that change is constant and we focus on being present. What we have is this breath, this minute, this day, this season. I invite you to pause to reflect on Spring and to pay attention to what is before you.
You could take a walk around to see the signs of renewal or journal about growth or hope. Or you could simply take a few deep breaths to welcome this new season.
