MEET BRITT

Hi friends! My name is Britt Turpack and I am a Los Angeles-based mental health advocate, TEDx speaker, pilates teacher, and a representative of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). I am on a mission to make the world a better place by helping people prioritize their mental health as much as they do their physical health. I am passionate about sharing my personal journey and being in service to others. Health means everything to me! I have learned that balancing brain health, body health, and soul health is necessary for us to thrive and feel like our most confident self and I focus my teaching on ways to  help others attain mind, body, and soul alignment for overall wellness. We can live our best lives—and have some fun in the process!

 

I am so grateful that my journey has led me here, to keynote stages, offices, and classrooms, where I connect with audiences ready to embrace conversations about MENTAL HEALTH. I teach  positive ways we can take care of our brains, overcome vices and bad habits, and establish habits and practices that lead us to overall wellness and success.
