For over seven years, Britt has partnered with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) as a speaker and educator, helping to reduce stigma and bring emotional wellbeing into everyday spaces — including workplaces. Her approach blends neuroscience, storytelling, and soul — helping people understand their stress and take ownership of their wellbeing in a grounded, empowering way.
